Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
Dispatched within 24 working hours, then 5 to 7 working days in France and Europe. You receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel ships.
How do I find my size?
Our size guide gives you the method in thirty seconds with a piece of string. Several of our rings are adjustable and need no measuring at all.
Can I exchange or return this piece?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, on an unworn item in its packaging. Pierced earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons, as the law provides.
Will the jewellery tarnish?
925 sterling silver can oxidise over time, which is normal and reversible with a soft cloth. Our stainless steel pieces do not change colour.
