We prepare and dispatch your order within 24 working hours.
France and Europe, 5 to 7 working days. Rest of the world, 7 to 14 working days.
Free shipping over €49. Below that, the cost appears in your cart before payment.
You receive an email with your tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves, then an update at every step.
These times are indicative and depend on the carrier. In busy periods they can run a few days longer.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you have changed your mind.
The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
Legal exception. Pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened, for hygiene reasons. This exclusion is set out in French consumer law and applies to every shop.
To start a return, fill in the form on the My order page. We reply within 24 working hours with the steps to follow.
Return shipping is at your expense and is deducted from the refund. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the parcel, to the payment method used at checkout.
Item damaged or not as described? That is not a return, it is a fault, and we cover it. Write to us with a photo and we will replace or refund.
