What is your jewellery made of?
Most of our pieces are 925 sterling silver, some plated in 18 carat gold. A few models are gold-tone stainless steel. The exact detail is on every product page, under Details and composition.
What is moissanite?
It is a lab-created stone with a high refractive index, brighter than a diamond to the naked eye and far more accessible. Our Signature pieces ship with their stone certificate.
Will the jewellery tarnish?
925 sterling silver can oxidise over time, which is normal and reversible with a soft cloth. Our stainless steel pieces do not change colour. In both cases, avoid prolonged contact with chlorinated water, perfume and cream.
I react to costume jewellery, can I wear these?
925 sterling silver and stainless steel suit the great majority of sensitive skin. If you have reacted to either before, write to us before ordering and we will tell you which pieces to avoid.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch within 24 working hours. Then allow 5 to 7 working days in France and Europe, and 7 to 14 days internationally. You receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders over €49. Below that, the cost is calculated in your cart.
How do I find my ring size?
Our size guide gives you the method in thirty seconds with a simple piece of string. Several of our rings are adjustable and need no measuring at all.
Can I exchange or return?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, on an unworn item in its packaging. Pierced earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons, as the law provides.
